We recently worked with CT Coachworks as they built a custom 30ft mobile medical clinic for our nonprofit to bring care to vulnerable and underserved populations across Los Angeles. The CT Coachworks team was phenomenal to work with throughout the process. They not only cared about every detail of the vehicle, they also cared about our agency and the future patients that would be served. They were approachable and accessible and clearly communicated expectations and needs. We were blown away by the end result and the many sweet touches that they added, including branded carpets, seats, and more. It's evident that they care deeply about the process and the end result and went above and beyond in assisting us as we put the vehicle to use and ran into various unexpected moments. They worked with us, and continue to work with us, to make sure that they deliver on every promise. This was our first mobile clinic so everything was new to us, and I honestly can't imagine working with anyone else. Looking forward to our next vehicle!
The Morongo Basin Healthcare District selected CT Coachworks from a national public bidding process to build our future mobile medical unit (MMU). CT Coachworks was chosen because of their bid price, proximate location and background and experience. We were a unique and challenging client, because we needed a mobile unit that could provide both medical and dental services. CT did not let us down. The end result was a 38-foot diesel “clinic on wheels” that was not only beautiful but functional, with lots of upgrades thrown in. To say we were thrilled upon delivery would be an understatement. What we didn't plan on, however, was the continued relationship we enjoy with Steve and Evelyn and their team. Over the last two years, we have brought our MMU back a few times for minor repairs and staff requested “tweaks” such as shelving and installing additional equipment. Every encounter with this team has been stellar. They are responsive problem solvers who aim to please. We cannot say enough about our overall experience with CT Coachworks.
